There are two types of games, finite and infinite games. Finite games are played to be won. A bigger picture, is to play an infinite game, which allows the business to continue to thrive and exist.
Within infinite and finite games, we also have competitive and collaborative games. What all games have in common is that all games have rules.
An infinite collaborative game.
We developed a framework to collect the benefits promised by lean and agile:
All games have rules. The purpose of the rules is to make sure everyone is safe and having fun.
The purpose of the game is to develop the best results while developing a culture of sustainable high performance where employees thrive and collaborate instead of competing against each other for resources and/or priority.
Module 1 - Leadership alignment:
We spend a day with leaders that support change. We will go over six rules, four metrics and set the framework to commit to action. We’ll also define the scope of work, problem statement and define the players.
Module 2 - Test Drive:
We work with the team players for 3 - 4 days, preferably in person (online services also available). We'll make sure the scope is adequate to run an experiment quickly.
Module 3 - Scale:
We present options on how to scale the results of the test drive based on outcomes from module 1 & 2.
We can quote each module separately per request.
